We are passionate about serving great food that is good for you.

Our focus is on using the very best ingredients available.   We use only organic extra virgin olive oil, nothing is ever deep-fried, filtered water for our coffee, pasta water, soups, and of course, our meats and produce are always organic.  If none of that matters to you,  there are several options in Cambria for regular pizza and family-style American-Italian food.   We are not that…but if the fact that we import Italian flour for all of our homemade pasta makes you swoon, come on in. If you grew up in an Italian family, you will feel right at home.

We reluctantly accept that no one is perfect 100% of the time (we still try for that) but if you take a bite of our food and you are not happy for whatever reason,  just return it to us for a full refund. Plain and simple.  Our “Two-bite guarantee” is your assurance that if you aren’t happy by bite #2, it is on us.
